1) Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable
Workshop fees are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

2) No Rescheduling
Dates and times of the workshop are fixed. Rescheduling of sessions is not permitted.

3) Full Attendance Required
It is compulsory for all participants to attend all two days of the workshop to ensure consistent learning and progression.

4) No Pro-Rating
Workshop fees are not subject to pro-rating for any missed sessions during the 2-day workshop.

5) Media Release
The Blooming Eden reserves the right to photograph and record videos during the workshop. All photos and videos taken may be used for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.

6) Workshop Policy Updates and Adjustments
The Blooming Eden reserves the right to modify the workshop schedule, instructors, or content as necessary. We may also take appropriate action in response to unforeseen circumstances to ensure the best possible experience for all participants.
